Jaipur : The Jaipur City (East) Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against five individuals, including a suspected local land mafia operative, for allegedly trespassing, using physical force, and illegally occupying land belonging to a member of the Scheduled Tribe community. The incident reportedly took place in the Manpur Devri (Meenawala) area on Monday, March 30, 2026.

The Incident

According to the complainant, Satyanarayan Meena, a resident of Vasundhara Colony on Tonk Road, the primary accused, Aashiksh Agrawal, accompanied by approximately eight others, broke the locks of his shops and agricultural land (Khasra Nos. 182/216 and 182/218). Meena alleged that the group forcibly occupied the premises and installed their own locks.

The complaint further details an act of physical intimidation where an associate of Agrawal—described as a bald man in a pink T-shirt—allegedly snatched a bag of keys from a local shopkeeper and fled the scene in a Scorpio vehicle bearing registration number RJ14UD1617. The complainant stated that the accused have blocked the primary entrance to his ancestral warehouse and property by installing shutters and using forged documents to claim ownership.

Allegations of Land Mafia Activity

In his statement to the police, Satyanarayan Meena identified Aashiksh Agrawal as a known “land mafia” figure who targets the properties of vulnerable individuals through document forgery and muscle power. The FIR also names Devisahay, Ramsahay, Gopalsahay, and Bhagwan Sahay as co-conspirators in the criminal action. The complainant noted that a previous dispute (Complaint No. 76/2025) regarding the destruction of tin sheds on the property had already been documented.

Police Action and Legal Charges

The Bajaj Nagar Police Station has officially registered the case (FIR No. 0105/2026) under the following legal frameworks:
