Ghaziabad, February 26, 2026: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Anti-Corruption Branch, Ghaziabad has registered a regular case (RC No. 1202026A0003) against Shri Amit Singh, the then Chief General Manager of the Ordnance Equipment Factory (OEF), Hazratpur, Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh), under Section 13(1)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) for possession of disproportionate assets and illicit enrichment.The FIR, registered on February 26, 2026 at 01:30 PM based on reliable source information, alleges that during the check period from 01.04.2022 to 31.12.2025, Amit Singh, while holding a senior position at the defence public sector undertaking unit, amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by abusing his official position.
